DELIVERY
Sofie Nuyttens Jewellery only ships in Europe.
Sofie Nuyttens Jewellery tries to deliver the ordered jewellery within the indicated delivery time. It is possible that Sofie Nuyttens Jewellery, due to certain circumstances, fails to deliver the ordered product in time. In that case, Sofie Nuyttens Jewellery will give notice to the customer and the delivery will take place within a reasonable time.
The delivery period starts after receipt of payment. The delivery period for Belgium is approximately 14 days for small pieces and 30 days for big pieces.
The delivery time for other countries can be longer and is difficult to predict.
The seller is not liable for delays due to force majeure.
The buyer is liable for incorrect delivery due to a wrong delivery address and additional costs may apply.
In the event of non-delivery, any amounts paid by the buyer-consumer are reimbursed without interests or any other compensation.
The buyer pays any delivery costs associated with the order. The delivery costs of our transport service vary and depend on the total amount of the order and the country of delivery.
RETURNS
The consumer has the right to inform Sofie Nuyttens Jewellery that he renounces the purchase, without payment of a fine and without giving any reason, within 14 calendar days from the day following the delivery of the good.
The customer must give notice to Sofie Nuyttens Jewellery of the decision to invoke his or her right of renunciation of the agreement by e-mail sofie_nuyttens_jewellery@hotmail.com.
Every return needs to be reported to Sofie Nuyttens Jewellery first. Unannounced returns will not be accepted.
Custom-made jewellery cannot be returned. There is therefore no right of renunciation for customization. By paying an advance or in full you agree to the order for the customization. Afterwards, these orders for customization can no longer be cancelled.
The customer must return the item by post within 14 calendar days to the address provided in the e-mail by Sofie Nuyttens Jewellery, in response to the customers e-mail with the complaint.
The customer is responsible for the costs of return.
In any case, return is only accepted if the item is unsoiled, undamaged and unworn and in the original packaging.
The abovementioned returning of the products is at the buyer-consumer’s expense and at his own risk.
To ensure the safe delivery of the package, we advise using an insured carrier service.
After processing the return, the customer will be refunded by Sofie Nuyttens Jewellery by bank transfer.
